In this seminar I discuss the categories of techniques used in Jeet Kune Do. These categories are kicks, hand techniques, traps and grappling. Formerly described as “ranges”, these are not actual ranges, but a way of categorizing the techniques. Lots of research that I did in the early nineties proved that in all of Bruce Lee’s writings, he only made mention of three fighting ranges (Long, Medium & Close). You will learn different techniques for each range, and how to flow right from one technique into the next. Just ignore the talk of “four ranges”, and know that there are only three.

SEMINAR SERIES Overview:

Sifu Lamar M. Davis II has travelled the world teaching seminars since the late eighties. This series includes footage from many of these seminars. Volume 4 even includes footage from the classroom in the mid to late 80’s.
