Peter Hurley stumbled upon a photography career after first stepping in front of the camera. His years spent modeling made him distinctly aware of the importance of the photographer/subject connection and the benefits of having synergistic relationship between the two. He considers himself 90% therapist and 10% photographer whenever he has a camera in hand. This belief has driven his passion for teaching and he’s shared the concept with hundreds of photographers through his coaching platform and referral engine. His years spent shooting in his NY studio have inspired him to begin a new startup business and he’s been working on a new line of photography gear called HURLEYPRO. Peter currently resides in Manhattan with his wife and twin daughters.
