During this workshop Master Mantak Chia will teach you and pass to you the most sacred Taoist practices. This is a full program on Sexual Alchemy with the most updated practices. You will learn step by step from basics to more powerful advanced techniques. During the classes with Senior Instructors you will deepen your knowledge about the Taoist practices for Men and Women.

During the workshop you’ll learn:

• Simple, powerful Taoist techniques for using sexual energy to strengthen your body, mind & spirit.
• Sexual Reflexology techniques to reveal compatibility between male and female partners and learn specific exercises to strengthen sexual imbalances and weaknesses
• Energetical practices and Taoist sexual exercises: Men will discover exercises to control ejaculation and to transform the sexual energy into Qi. Women will learn how to strengthen and tone the vagina and pelvic floor muscles, how to balance hormones and diminish menstrual symptoms

Module 1: Inner Alchemy Basic practices
These foundational practices will bring you back to your body’s wisdom and awaken your Qi/life-force energy.

Inner Smile: Use the power of smiling to activate the relaxation response in the parasympathetic nervous system. Get rid of the negative emotion and rebalance the positive emotion.

Six Healing Sounds practice has a special sound for each of the organs, a special healing color and a special position for each sound — it will help you restore good health and connect to the primordial universal energies.

Module 2: Solo cultivation for Men and Women. Multiorgasmic Men and Women
You will learn energetical practices for solo cultivation and exercises for men and women.

Exercises for women include: Jade egg practice to strengthen and tone the vagina and pelvic floor muscles. Ovarian and breast massage, breathing and focus techniques to balance the hormones, allowing a naturally harmonious menstrual cycle and transmission through menopause.

Men learn how to control ejaculation and to transform the sexual energy into Qi, and then transfer it up to nourish their organs and transform into spirit force.

Practices for men cover breathing and focus techniques to control semen retention, massage techniques, exercising the pelvic floor muscles and opening the energetic pathways to transfer the orgasmic energy upwards.

Module 3: Microcosmic orbit and Iron Shirt. Sexual Reflexology
Microcosmic Orbit is a preliminary meditation to develop inner strength and harmony, which are required for a fulfilling relationship with another person. It trains to sense, direct and cultivate more energy.

Iron Shirt is one of the most important practices to master on the physical plane. It gives grounding and rooting, connecting you to the Earth energy. It allows you to store energy for use in higher level spiritual practices.
